CSI Case File No. 45~Cherish

Sunday Blessings to you.
Today I want to share my
CSI Case File No. 45.
Let's see how I solved this case.

http://api.ning.com/files/lklSSpTr8xLekQNU2kjUkbqSvEA5-4gBKMg*QrPX5h7CR-jTe3FI2YUUpSnpSlMFPsQVkpLsAmLuW7PnsTzskG-LIfdPugWT/45flat.jpg

I came across this old sketch to use.

Here's my take:

I used a vintage and shabby chic style.
This picture is of my mom and her twin sister
when they were babies
in 1924.

Here are close views of the journaling.

This is the journaling taken out of the scroll.

The journal reads as:

A Story of
Twin Sisters!
________________
 This story begins in a
city called Pittsburgh
Pennsylvania in the year
Of 1924. On a crisp and cool
Autumn day, October 24th, 2
Twin sisters Mary and Martha
were born to Corrine and
James Johnson.Corrine
birthed Martha first and
then came Mary. My mom
told me Mary was slow
coming because she was
sleep and sucking her
thumb. As a child I
also sucked my thumb.
as the story goes Mary
and Martha were named
according to the Bible.
They were beautiful and
chubby dolls of the family.
Grandpa Johnson was so
proud of the twins he
decided one day he would
have their picture taken.
So it was so that twins
picture was taken while
sitting on top of a horse.
Grandpa Johnson held on to
his girls without being
seen. Without a smile or
cry the perfect picture was
taken and soon given to
Corrine and James. Today
the picture was Passed
down to me as a picture
of family heritage which
you now see. Thus the
story of the twin sisters
lives on in a photograph
of this and many more.
Although my mom was the
first of the twins to
pass on to heaven, love,
beauty, and heritage
continues to live on in
my heart and mind with
precious memories.
Love always.

Hi there everyone.

CSI Case File NO. 44
and how I solved this case.

My take:

I enjoyed working with these colors.
This is my granddaughter when she was
7 months old.

Close Up Views:

Journals:

I used 2 journals this time. The journal
reads as:
~~~~
This is my granddaughter when
she was 7 months old. Adrianna
is a chubby, cutie pie with a
smile that will turn tears into
laughter and joy. She has bright
peek-a-boo eyes and soft
marshmellow cheeks.Adrianna is a
“Daddy’s girl.” Always crawling
around to be close to her daddy.
She could turn my cloudy days into
sunny days. Each time my little
cupcake visited me, my pain
would go away and I would be
filled with such joy and hours
of laughter. While holding her
I would often feel like she was
the baby girl I never had. Thank
God for my little angel; my
granddaughter Adrianna.
CSI Case File No. 43
Hi there all!
Today I want to share my layout for
CSI Case File No. 43.
 I really had fun creating this layout.
Check it out!!!!
The Case
My Layout Take
Title~My Mom
  Vintage Style
Picture Close View
This is my mom during her younger years.
Journal With Close View
The journal is hidden behind the picture.
 The Journal reads:
My mother was the first twin born in 1924
within the Johnson family in Pennsylvania.
From that time on Martha grew into this beautiful
young woman. She always dressed so pretty,
very gracious, quiet, and giving. Down through the
years, my mom continued to be a lady with a
beautiful persona. She had nothing but friends,
not one enemy. Everyone loved Ms. Martha and
could always keep a secret. She married my dad
and had 1 child; me. My mom taught me act like
a lady, keep a clean home, and care for others.
She continued being this perfect lady until poor
health took over. Everyone loved Ms. Martha.
I took loving care of my mom until she made
the transition to heaven in 2002. Even today
I have characteristics like Ms. Martha. I shall
never forget and always cherish my mom with
memories and love. Until we meet again,
love you momma.         2012
 I used a more updated picture of my mom prior to
her demise.
