Today I want to share my

craft project~Altered Hanger.

Once I saw the tutorial at

Shona's "A Wonderful Mess Blog 

I just had to create it.

The idea was to alter something that 

is a household item.

I followed Shona's

step-by-step tutorial.  

Here is the finished project:

I really enjoyed using all the accents to load it up.

I decided to use it as my blog header

as you can tell above.

Instead of a regular size hanger 

I used a children's clothes hanger.
 Step 1:
Choose your item, mine is a hanger.
