I began by using the July 4th holiday color combo. Then I
created the paper edge punches.
Next, I prepared the chipboard using gesso and applied them
along with the tags, journal, and floral cluster.
The pictures fit so perfectly.
Along with the red pearls, sequins, and flair button.

Beautiful take on the challenge, Rachelle. The papers you chose could not have been more perfect in matching her 4th of July outfit. I really like how you placed the two red tags as the background for your journaling card. Love the look of the border punch. I should use mine more often. The sprinkling of sequins is perfect as well. TFS. ♥
