 Here is my take:

 "Sweet Girl"

This is my girlfriend's daughter when she was a baby.

 I applied enamel dots and 2 different types of alphas.

 The journal on this layout says:

"Olivia look so sweet wearing those pink and white bottoms made just for her."

 For the Frosted Design's Bingo Challenge I used

the diagonal right to left:

flowers, masking, use the word free,{grey ticket lower left side-free hugs} washi tape, & bling.
